All ultrasound services are by appointment only.  Please call  or email our office to set up an appointment.

 

All X-ray services are on a first come first serve basis.   Wait times may vary daily.  Please call ahead to enquire. 

 

You must bring the REQUISITION, signed by your physician, and your HEALTH CARD to all appointments.  We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you do not bring the requisition or health card.

Please arrive 10-15mins prior to your appointment to register.  If you are late for your appointment, or if you are not properly prepared (please see exam preparations section), you may be rescheduled.

A 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel an appointment.  You may be charged for the missed appointment.
