PARKING:

Limited number of pay parking is available at 240 Duncan Mill.  The charge is $4 per 2 hours, subject to current rates.  Additional pay parking is available at 225 Duncan Mill (across the street), 220 Duncan Mill (next door), and other neighbouring parking lots.  

 

Please purchase adequate parking for your appointment, including anticipated wait times.  CCMSU is not responsible for parking tickets/ fines/ tows incurred while attending for an appointment.  Prices of parking lots are subject to change without notice.

 

 

DIRECTIONS: 

 

FROM HWY 401 EASTBOUND:

Take the Leslie St. exit.  Go through the lights at the off ramp and the street becomes a winding road called Lesmill Rd.  Take the first available left turn at Duncan Mill Rd.  Look for 240 Duncan Mill Rd, on the left side after about 1 km.  

 

FROM HWY 401 WESTBOUND: 

Take the Leslie St. exit.  Go left at the lights.  Proceed south on Leslie St.  Turn left on Lesmill Rd.  Take the first available left turn at Duncan Mill Rd.  Look for 240 Duncan Mill Rd, on the left side after about 1 km.  

 

FROM DON VALLEY PARKWAY: 

Take the Don Valley Parkway to the York Mills exit.  Turn west onto York Mills and drive west about 1.5 km to Don Mills Rd.  Turn right on Don Mills Rd. and drive north to the second set of lights, then turn left onto Duncan Mill Rd.  CCMSU is the first building on the right at the top of the hill.  The entrance to the parking lot is on the west side of the building.  

 

TTC (YONGE LINE):

Get off at York Mills station and take the 122 Graydon Hall bus to Duncan Mill Road (well before Don Mills Road).The building is located on the north side of Duncan Mill Rd. 

 

TTC (SHEPPARD LINE): 

Get off at Don Mills Station and take the 25 Don Mills bus south.  Get off 2 lights after Sheppard Ave.  Walk west (right hand side) down the hill until you get to 240 Duncan Mill Rd.  The building is located on the north side of Duncan Mill Rd. 

 

TTC (BLOOR LINE):  

Go to Pape Station and take the 25 Don Mills bus north.  Get off 2 lights north of York Mills Rd.  Walk west (left hand side) down the hill until you get to 240 Duncan Mill Rd.  The building is located on the north side of Duncan Mill Rd.
