PATIENT SCREENING PRECAUTIONS:
Health and Safety are our top priority. For the protection of our staff, and patients,
please do not enter the clinic if:
You do not have an appointment (please call ahead of time to schedule an appointment)
You are not wearing a mask
You have flu like symptoms (such as fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing etc)
You interacted with someone who has Covid-19 in the past 14 days
SOCIAL DISTANCE IN EFFECT
Please do not come in with a companion as our clinic has limited seating
Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to register (no earlier)
Please do not take your mask off while you’re in the clinic
INFECTION PREVENTION CONTROL:
The following proactive measures have been implemented to help limit the spread of the virus, while still delivering the same level of service:
Intense Cleaning – Our facility is cleaned and disinfected regularly as a normal course of business. Our cleaners have increased the concentration of their disinfection solutions. Our staff routinely practice touch surface cleaning and wipe all surfaces in our exam rooms between every patient.
Standard Hygiene – We continue to promote good hygiene at our clinic. Washing hands with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub kills viruses that may be on your hands.
Physical Distancing – Staff are encouraged to practice physical distancing at all times. We urge patients to respect this and practice physical distancing too. Please do not come in with a companion. Your companion can wait outside in the car whilst you are getting your essential diagnostic test done.
Managing Staff Illness – As part of our efforts to limit the spread of the virus, we have asked our staff to stay home if they feel unwell.
