Accessibility
at CCMSU
Plan a visit that takes your access and support needs into account.

Access to care
CCMSU is committed to identifying, preventing and removing barriers to its services for people with disabilities. The clinic’s published policy is guided by dignity, independence, integration and equal opportunity.
Planning your visit
Contact our team before your appointment to discuss mobility, communication, support-person or assistive-device needs. This helps us plan the arrangements for your visit.
Some imaging equipment has weight and positioning limits. Please contact the clinic to confirm whether the equipment is suitable for your examination before booking.
Support people and service animals
A support person may help with communication, mobility, personal care or access to services. Tell our team about any support arrangements you need.
The published policy supports access with guide dogs and service animals, subject to applicable restrictions. Some examination areas, including X-ray rooms, may require alternative arrangements. Contact the clinic before your visit so these can be discussed.
Documents and assistance
Ask our team if you need help accessing a policy document or require it in another format. The full published accessibility and service-animal policies are available in the original PDF.
